BTI Tactical Shipping Policy
Our preferred method of shipping is UPS and Fed Ex Ground. Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day services are available for additional charges (Ground and 3 Day not available for AK and HI).
Due to high instances of package theft, some areas require a mandatory signature for UPS package delivery. If you request that your package be left without a signature then you also agree to release BTI Tactical from any and all liabilty if your package is lost or stolen.
IMPORTANT USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING NOTICE:
We strongly recommend that you use UPS or Fed Ex Ground as your shipping method unless it is not available for your area. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE DO NO SHIP PRIORITY MAIL ORDERS EVERY DAY. Your order will not be sent until the next Priority Mail pickup. Depending on when you place your order, you could be waiting up to one week for your order to ship. UPS and Fed Ex orders ship daily and you will receive your order much faster.
PO Boxes, AK, HI, and APO/FPO PLEASE NOTE: Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Different rates apply for APO/FPO and international orders.
For faster service, please provide a physical address instead of a PO Box. UPS and Fed Ex cannot deliver to PO Boxes and your order will have to wait for the next USPS shipment. If you choose UPS or Fed Ex Ground as your shipping method and only provide us with a PO Box as your shipping address, your shipping will be automatically changed to USPS Priority Mail with no notice and your order will wait until the next USPS shipping date.
When shipping to a Military address outside the US (APO/FPO addresses) the only shipping method available is USPS Priority Mail. We do our best to be discreet in our packaging to prevent mail theft. If you are concerned about mail theft, we can ship to a loved one or family member inside the United States. This way, he or she can repackage your order more discreetly and forward it to you as a care package. If you wish for us to ship your order to an APO/FPO address, BTI cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your shipment as we are limited in our ability to track these shipments. If you have your order shipped to an APO/FPO address, please understand that BTI Tactical may not be able to track or verify delivery of your shipment.
Orders being shipped to a physical address outside the United States (not including APO/FPO addresses) will be shipped via USPS Global Priority or Global Airmail, depending on the weight of the package.
BTI Tactical cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties charged to international orders by the receiving country. Please check with your country's customs office if you have any concerns before ordering. Any import taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Due to high incidences of credit card fraud in cerain parts of the world, BTI Tactical regrets that we do not ship to all countries. Please contact us if you have any concerns prior to placing an order.
By checking the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box during the checkout process, you agree to hold BTI Tactical harmless should you fail to receive an order that was shipped overseas or to a Military APO/FPO address.
DELIVERY: Due to current events, our stock levels change rapidly and some custom items are not kept in stock, so delivery times may vary. Every effort will be made to contact you via email to let you know when you can expect to receive your order. We do our best to ship in-stock orders within 24 to 48 hours, not counting weekends or holidays.
RETURNS: Returns must be received within 30 days from the date they were shipped. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to all returned items. Returned items must be in new and unused condition. There are no refunds or returns on rucksack modifications or custom items. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Returns must include an invoice or information regarding the return. Returned items must have been purchased through BTI Tactical. If you purchased our items through one of our dealers, please contact the location that you purchased from.

PLEASE NOTE: When shipping items to BTI Tactical for return, exchange, or modification, we STRONGLY recommend that you use a trackable method of shipping and supply us with a tracking number at the time you send the items. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that do not arrive at our location.
